I've had more complaints in the past about FNB, but I have to compliment the ladies at FNB Montague Gardens at the Collections desk on great service. I was struggling all week to pay over fees to UNISA without joy, and Julie Venter spent 40 minutes trying to help me, even phoning 4 different numbers to UNISA to resolve the issue.
She was patient and friendly, and was more excited than I was when it was resolved! FNB should have more people like her as staff!
