How can they help you?

Saturday morning I had to go the bank to open a account for my daughter and apply for a fuel card. When I entered the bank a gentleman asked me how he could help, after I explained to him what I need to do, he directed me to the correct queue and said I have to see a consultant.By the time I reached the chairs and could sit down to wait it felt like I had been standing for hours. Another gentleman, Kgomotso (sorry I didn't get his surname) approached me to ask how he can assist. Already knowing that I had to see an consultant I replied "I would love a cup of coffee please", he just smiled and walked away. After a couple of minutes he returned with a cup of coffee, I was stunned, even the other clients in the queue was suprised. I would like to thank and congratulate Kgomotso on exceptional custumer service and going the extra mile. Great customer service greatly depents on the attitude of your staff, and Kgomotso has a truly great attitude towards clients. Well done Kgomotso, I'm telling everybody about your great service.

P.S. Having a coffee machine for clients who wait might not be a bad idea, don't know about any other bank that has this.
