During the month of September I spent R260 at Checkers on my FNB credit card. I am on reward level 4 according to my online profile which leads me to believe that i will earn 7, 5% of my spend at Checkers back in eBucks. I logged a complaint with eBucks on 31 October 2013 with Ntabiseng ref #1-56503401 as i have still not received any eBucks for my spend. I received an sms saying that "You do not qualify for rewards in September because you did not spend enough on your FNB card at Checkers/Shoprite". I know that the earn is capped at 30% of your total credit card spend for the month, but are you saying there is also a minimum spend?? Recent headlines tell the story that this will be the new way for the "poorer" people to earn ebucks and not just benefit the rich so why the "minimum spend" rule?? If so, can somebody please tell me what the minimum spend is as i can't find this on your site or that of FNB - All i see is your example of Sipho who buys R1000 at Checkers and earns on "the full amount of his Checkers & Shoprite spend". Surely if you spend even R1 and you are on reward level 4, you should get 7, 5% of that spend back in eBucks?
