1. - Deposit ATM and 2. Deposit ATM always rejects

In all honesty, I would 1st like to applaud FNB for introducing such a convenience mechanism of doing business and less worry about Bank closing for most of the banking services one would need at any point in time.

Having said that, 1. Ghandi Square Bank has got 1 - Deposit ATM and 3 - Withdrawal ATM's. If they have done their homework and further research, they would understand and acknowledge that there's more deposit on that Branch ATM's than withdrawals. Or is it because they like seeing us standing there in long Q's waiting for each each to finish the long deposit. Wake up Ghandi Square FNB Branch and give us MORE ATM DEPOSIT.

Secondly, when one does the ATM deposit... there are 2 irritating issues. 1 issue = Rejection of Money and when such happens... one would take long to finalise the deposit process since the intention is to put all the money in, but end up taking some back home... EXTREMELY IRRITATING. Some how, it then become inconvenience for us to do the deposit through ATM but through Teller since tellers won't reject money...

Issue 2 = On the rejected notes, sometimes the ATM accept it differently, thus charging you differently... this is completely ripping us...
