I had my Tax return deposited into my FNB Cheque account on the 10/07/2013.
upon trying to make a withdrawal to my shock i noticed that there are not enough funds available which did not add up due to my pleasant tax return deposited on the 10th.
I went into FNB northgate branch only to be told it's an issue with sars.
i Went to SARS and was told it's an issue with Fnb and they sometimes deem large deposits as compared to normal activities on the account on a monthly basis.
I've taken Documentation from Sars to fnb and was told to call various other departments of which 1 number continuously rings. Finally i went through to the complaints department who are good at nothing. I will make 1 more effort on Monday and i'm told the branch manager @ northgate is useless as well. If my deposit is why would SARS make the deposit and why did the bank not contact me?...Ceo's plz sort out your banks ..as i'm tired of your staff and only posted this issue hoping that some1 will resolve this.
