I've logged a call with African bank as iI'm not able to maintain my payments and I've asked for help, they still debited my account this month even though I've asked that they not, the call centre keeps sending me from pillar to post, nobody can give me an answer they just keep saying they have escalated the call this has been going on for a week nobody calls me I received an SMS with the wrong info, I'm wasting airtime by calling them all the time, so today I called again and I'm told the call was closed, due to no feedback, how's that possible if I've been calling everyday, today I finally got a reference number but I'm skeptical.
