Shocking service

I received a call at 6:15 tonight from the recovery dept telling me to deposit money into my cheque account that I don't really use anymore since I moved my banking to Investec, for the monthly service fee when there is more than adequate money amount of funds to cover this, which I found very odd. The only reason I still have this account open is that I have a loan with Standard that I have been unable to pay off because of numerous attempts to find out what the account details for the loan or the amount outstanding has gone unanswered, so the debit just keeps coming off. Please can someone call me to discuss and also get me the details of the loan.
