INSURANCE CLAIM UNSATISFACTORY

On the 8th i submitted a claim to AUTO AND GENERAL to ZANELE NKOSI and was transferred to a consultent SIBUSISO MASOMPA Who told me on the 18th same month that my vehicle was written off and later that the process of the claim was finalised and FORD CREDIT was paid but now FORD CREDIT is still debiting my account.

when i phoned ZANELE NKOSI on the 03rd december she told me FORD CREDIT was paid and i should phone FORD CREDIT for clarification which i did.

I then phoned ZANELE NKOSI who transferred me to another consultent RIAAD who said FORD CREDID was not paid reason being tha the settlement letter was old.

I dont have a car but FORD CREDIT IS STILL TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT
