My late father William Ward passed away last year dec, the nominated executor of his estate predeceased him. I was nominated a beneficiary in the will and from the start things seemed to have been handled in a corrupt and underhanded manor. We were told by miss annatjie Steffens that if we nominated our stepmother mrs J Ward executor of the estate that all she would be able to do was act according to the will and make sure all monies were paid out accordingly. This however was not the case as my step mother who was not a beneficiary in the will seems to have already been paid out policies of my late father's that formed part of the estate. Also I went all the way to see annatjie who avoided my questions like the plague. Only after I had probed the matter sufficiently Did I find out that my stepmother was trying to claim the entire estate and then she informed me that I would most likely receive a pay out of nil from the estate. Annatjie told me not to worry as my father set up a trust fund for me and my sisters, that too seems to have been a and a ploy as I was sent on a wild goose chase for this "trust".
