I have recently joined Ned-bank. Happy for the first month till they cut of my credit card for a month for no apparent reason. I asked that I do not pay the monthly service fee but my request was refused and ignored. I later found out that it is Somerset west branch that did not supply all my document to the head office for FICA. After this FICA story was sorted out my card still did not work. When into the bank and they supplied me with new cards. When I received my cards I asked if these are also link to greenbacks and what should I do to get my debit card linked to greenbacks. They said I can use the normal card with no chip and phone the card line and they will link it for me. Called the card line and they said I needed a chip so I when back... to cut the story short... If been in and out of the bank, spent a lot of time calling the call centre and STILL I do not have a Greenbacks account no, but I have the cards, ask them to link cards then receive sms to welcome me to greenbacks and tell me that the accounts are linked... phone the call centre just to let them tell me that nothing is link.
