This is my second post regarding my cellphone that was booked in November 2013. The phone was returned to me in December and I found that the phone was still faulty. I then took it into the Edgars bellville branch which is nearer to where I work. The phone was then returned to me today and the phone is still faulty. This is absolutely pathetic that they have such incompetent people working for them. I dont care who is to blame. I need a phone asap. What is the purpose of me having insurance if the phone stays broken. I need someone of senior management to call me to come up with a solution or I will be blasting this on all social networks as well as the argus action column. It is ridiculous that I need to be without a phone for 2 months!!! Edgars says that the problem is with finrite. I need a solution now or give me a new phone, that is why I have insurance. Im sick of waiting
