My issues with Bayport were taken to the Credit Ombudsman who has been dealing with my case. Yet i still continuously get calls from idiotic people in the call centre at Bayport asking me why i am not paying my account. The more i explain to them that its being handled by the Credit Ombudsman the more they hassle me. Up until now all calls have been made to my cell phone. Now im receiving calls at my work place. I am sick to death of it and there has to be a way to stop these people. I am now seeking legal advice. This has been going on for the better part of a year!!!
