Not again Bayport monthly credit enquiries

I raised this issue in July on Hello. Peter when Bayport had done numerous enquiries in a short space of time. It was subsequently resolved sadly I noticed the practice had started again as another credit bureau enquiry was done on: 12/08 again without me applying for any credit or services I emailed Bayport but to date no response.

It says Bayport Duban GUI done the enquiry and I am begining to wonder if there is any real commitment to sort this problem out on the part of Bayport. My account profile with them is not even reflecting on Experian to ad an irony to the matter.

C'mon guys please fix this!
