I posted a complaint regarding early debit orders from Capitec. I did receive and e-mail from Complaint management, Candice Dawson with explanation on their reasoning and I reported to the e-mail with proof to state my point on the 3 October 2013.

I am still waiting for any response on their findings or reports.
