Me and my wife registered for u count on the Monday and my wife got her card on the Friday, mine on the the other hand (3 months later) is still not even registered. Went to the branch to update my address so I can register and so again a month further still not updated. So I personally think that standard bank should take a good look at the incompetent people that they hire. The funny thing is that me and my wife stay in the same address. I am seriously thinking of switching from banks. I spoke to a consultant this morning (08-10-2013) and he told me to go update my details at the branch AGAIN!! How can a international bank be so reckless with a customers account details? How did they give me a prestige account for me and the wife if my details is wrong? And so by the way my prestige banker is Maria from the boksburg branch.
