Interest rate on bond

I have a bond with FNB since 2008 and I have been paying my bond on time and paying extra into my account.

On top of that I have a good credit record and have been paying all my accounts on time and paying more than is needed.

I enquired about getting a better interest rate on my bond with FNB but have not gotten any response and I feel I qualify for a better bond rate as I have a good credit record.

Can you please give me a better interest rate on my bond as I do not have problems with FNB and do not want to go through the trouble of shopping around for a better when FNB has the capacity and power to give me one.

Can my request please be considered.
