I recently had a streak of bad luck in the past month. My ipad had an accident and I only realised 2 days later when I tried to use it. I lodged an online claim on the Friday, by the following week Friday no one had contacted me. In the meantime my windscreen got hit by a big boulder from a truck and also needed to be replaced. The windscreen claim was sorted out very speedily and eventually they sorted the ipad out too. I would like to say thank you to the consultants that dealt with the windscreen claim so swiftly. I must say though that the AA needs to jack up their online claim system so they can respond quicker to claims. Thanks for the efficient service.
