After being approved on Monday in principle and providing all docs. I followed up daily to ensure all was on track with evaluation and application. Clearly confirmed today (Fri) was the deadline - only after calling did Tina indicate 2 key issues on the application for additional documentation needed.

After getting my FD and HR Directors to help and rush to get these done and sent through by 2pm I couldn't get hold of Tina or the team leader Rajan. They had left early and now I may lose this property which equates to a massive investment loss. They haven't taken this seriously enough.

Very very disappointed.
