More than 3 weeks ago our company has requested for an extra garage card in my name to date, I have heard nothing from FNB (Thulani) on when this will be available?

Can someone please advise me on where we stand and when I will get this garage card... as a Director of our company, I do not think it will be a good idea to move all our bank needs to FNB if they can't even addrres a simple matter like a garage card???

TO put the cherry on top, The phone line 011 958 1012 seems not to be working as I (to date and 100"s of calls) never get through to anybody?
