We have applied for an additional credit card and garage card on the company account. This was done in the middle of December 2012. To date we have not received our cards or an explanation on what the delay is. We have been in constant communication with the bank to try and determine what the cause for the delay is without success. We are time and time again asked for the same information that we then provide over and over again without success.
