I am fed up with the service we getting from Standard bank. We have applied for a garage card for over a month and not only have we not received the card but they do not BOTHER to communicate or update us. Our business is suffering as a result and we fed up with the poor service. We sent documents as they requested by Yolande and we still have no feedback nor the Garage card.
I have heard about the poor service that Standard bank offers but we thought since this is a business account we'll be treated better. DISAPPOINTED
