WE HAD A CONTRACT WITH ABSA TFS, WHICH EXPIRED AT THE END OF JUNE 2013. DESPITE LOGGING THE CANCELLATION AND RECIEVING THE CONFIRMATIONS AND REFERENCE NUMBERS, ABSA CONTINUES TO R1470 FROM OUR ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH FOR A SERVICE THEY NO LONGER DELIVER. EVRYTIME WE CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT, THERE IS A DIFFERENT PERSON, WITH A DIFFERENT STORY - MAYBE THEY SHOULD START LISTENING TO THEIR "RECORDINGS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES" TAPES TO GET A GRASP ON JUST HOW INCOMPETENT THEIR STAFF IS.
