NO RESPONCE ON CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

I MADE A BOOKING FOR 2 AT SILOAMS VILLAGE ON 21 JANUARY 2013. OUR ARRIVAL DATE BEING 7 APRIL 2013. WE THEN DECIDED TO RATHER FLY DOWN TO PE AND ON THURSDAY 21 FEBRUARY 2013, I PHONED TO CANCEL AND TO ASK ABOUT THE REFUND, WHICH I PAID IN FULL, AND HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING MY REFUND. I PHONED 3 TIMES ON 21 MARCH 2013, WITH THE PROMISE THAT ISTELLE WOULD PHONE ME BACK. NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE NEVER BOTHERED. THE NEXT MORNING I SENT 2 SMS S AND PHONED AGAIN 4 TIMES BEFORE GETTING HOLD OF HER. ISTELLE THEN ANSWERED AND TOLD ME TO E-MAIL HER THE CANCELLATION, WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY. I THEN CHECKED MY E-MAILS ON A REGULAR BASE. ON TUESDAY I SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL AND STILL NO RESPONSE. ON WEDNESDAY I PHONED AGAIN WITH ANOTHER PROMISE THAT SHE WILL PHONE ME. NOTHING HAPPENED. ON THURSDAY 28 MARCH I PHONED AGAIN AND I SPOKE TO A LADY WHICH I PRESUMED WAS THE RECEPTIONIST. I TOLD HER THAT IF ISTELLE DOES NOT CONTACT ME I WILL GO TO HELLO PETER. CAN YOU BELIEVE MY LUCK . THE NEXT MORNING A GOT A RESPONSE, IT SAID THAT AS SOON AS SHE HAS DONE THE PAYMENT SHE WILL SEND ME A POP. IT'S TUESDAY 5 MARCH, 5 DAYS LATER, AGAIN NO PAYMENT OR NO RESPONSE AFTER THIS MORNINGS QUERY. I WOULD JUST LIKE A RESPONSE
