It happens mostly in this branch that month ends is not a good time to do banking in this branch.
I live around Soweto but i can support my statement that the Management of this Branch dont care about their customers by hiring or supposedly leave 2 tellers to service a whole wide area of Orlando west including Dube and other surrounding nearby places in Soweto.
Why cant they hire extra staff to service a lot of people during this month ends period where most people do their banking.
Kindly look into this matter as a matter of urgency... this cant go on like this forever... i have seen interns working there now and then cause they can relieve pressure... why cant they call on them in times like these.
The Management must take this seriously and avail extra staff members to service people.
