Branch Needs to be managed bette

Dear Absa

Its quite disappointing that one knows and has experienced better service at your other branches but this branch in particular is not pleasant to deal with. Am not sure if it is the attitude of management and the consultants alike that they are serving a black community. Its a pity the staff there is actually our own black people but they treat us like we are there to bother them. I and my mom always go to deposit the SAB money on Mondays and Tuesdays and the ques are so long and only a few tellers are working. I know that there is a facility to deposit outside at the atm but why is this branch not driving people and educating them as to how to deposit the money at the atm instead of standing in these ridicules ques. Would it not be better that all small deposits be done outside? Its a pity that in soweto there is more people like my mom that need to pay SAB and this is what they have to go through evertime they are at the bank, and due consider that they are not the only people that do business at this bank. We deserve better treatment and can the consultants started teaching people how to do deposits outside to lessen this madness that we see. We are enough!
