I have been with Absa for 15 Years now but they have just lost one good client due to bad service with helping me to open a new account as i had a savings account with them to a cheque account which gave me just problems from the start. And then on the 02 Oct 2013 a lady contacts me regarding a policy that i have not paid i then requested that they send me the details of this policy and i still have not received any thing the same day 2hr later they try to deduct this amount from my account i then contacted the one call center to request what this amount was for as it did not go through they then directed me to another call center where they also could not help me eventual i got a num 0800414141 which a lady helped me and informed me they placed a debit order on my account for some one else policy which she said was most properly a typing fault. She was to send me my complaint number so that i can follow up as there where costs involved which i can not afford for the debit order that bounced due to the amount they tried to deduct. and i'm still waiting I'm very unhappy as this new account is still not sorted and its now just one thing after the other since i have opened this acc.
