On the first day of the sale at the Brooklyn branch, the queues were extra long because the tellers were on lunch!! They should have extra staff on this specific day and maybe extra people to help pack into packets as some people were buying a huge amount of clothes. There were a lot of people complaining even men but no one really listened as usual!
