Slow service and no proper management of queues

Dear SAPO Kindly assist us at Jabulani mall branch, Slow service and no proper management of queues.

Dear SAPO Kindly assist us at Jabulani mall branch, their service is pathetic . the are only two consultant at the front if you lucky. On a worst day there is one and another one doing the license disc renewal. The counter that is indicated for collections is used for banking. There is one line for everything even the older citizens are in those long queues. There should be someone walking the floor and making sure that people are in the correct queues and also the documents that they have a fully completed.

This is not happening hence the people keep on being taken off and advised to complete the sections that are left out. We need to realize that the community we serving are mostly not educated and need assistance with these type of transactions. If there is a lack of staff members then employ more staff, I work in Florida and have never ever experience such bad service in the post office here. So why should I accept this type of service in my own neighbourhood, it is unfair that our black communities are serviced with this low standards and else where its different. If
