I Michael Isaacs went to the mamelodi branch to complited a bank mandate form for the metal industry provident fund the first time she wrote the wrong account number the provident fund tried to do payment and payment was rejected due to wrong account number. I went back with a new form to rectify the problem than after that they tried to make a another payment and when I went to the bank there was nothing in the account I went a branch in town where the lady sad payment was made and she can't tell me what happened with the money I must go to my branch still they can't tell me also so I think capitec is responsible for the lost of that money because I also asked Mbali to put notify me on my account she didn't I only fixed the notify me problem in town so I want to know what happened to my money. Capitec your service is really bad and I'm taking you people to court if you can't solve this problem because money can't just disappear from my account.
