2 months and no feedback

I applied for an overdraft and credit card on my business account that has been with standard bank now for over 14 years, it has been 2 months now and I have had no reply from my business account manager. I have called numerous times and left countless messages but no reply! I'm very disappointed, any other bank want my business?
