Unreliable business partne

I am waiting since the end of February to get my Cc account running.
The account was opened to consolidate all my business' s accounts and to provide for future needs of the growing business and to close the FNB account and do all the business with Standard bank.
Firstly the person responsible forgot to order the business cheque card and I waited 3 weeks..
I had an appointment with the manager to come and visit the business which he cancelled due to a personal emergency. It was not rescheduled.
I had no reply on any of my e-mails or phone calls regarding the cc's overdraft facility since the 25th.
The manager would phone me the afternoon of the 25th as he told me the application would be finalized during that day.
Customer care informed me yesterday, the 30th, their is not such an application on the system...
We also agreed that my 22 staff members will get Standard bank cards to facilitate their salaries payments-we are still waiting. It means almost 60 salaries was paid in cash that could have gone through my account with Standard bank! Please help me, my business partner is causing harm to the business.
