I PRIDE MYSELF IN BANKING WITH SUCH A BANK ALL THA

ON WEDNESDAY THE 02/10/2013, I WENT SHOPPING WITH MY MOM, NOT KNOWING I WOULD RUN OUT OF CASH, I DID NOT HAVE ANY ID OR LICENCE COPY WITH ME, I WENT INTO THE BANK TO BE ASSISTED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE, I STILL BY PASSED THE RECEPTIONIST AND WENT TO THE TELLERS TO TELL ME THE SAME THING, AT THAT MOMENT I FELT LIKE CANCELLING MY CARD WITH STANDARD BANK SINCE I HAVE FOREVER BEEN GETTING TERRIBLE SERVIVE, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THAT WAS WHEN I SPOKE TO MT ASHLEY HERMAN, HE WAS SOO HELPFULL, HE WENT BEYOND HIS MEANS TO HELP ME, I WAS ABLE TO DO ALL THE THINGS I WANTED TO DO IN THE SAME DAY SINCE HE ALLOWED ME TO WITHDRAW, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY KEEP THIS UP, WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT THE SERVICE WORLD BE A BETTER PLACE!!! THANKS FOR THE RED CARPET SERVICE, BECAUSE OF YOU I AM STAYING WITH STANDARD BANK AND WILL REFER MY FRIENDS AND FAM TO USE YOU GUYS!!! WELL DONE # PROUD STANDARD BANKER
