Not keeping their word on Discovery Crad

So after I logged a complaint regarding the Discovery Debit Card, everything was resolved, we'll so I thought. Got a call from a attorney collection agent, informing me that FNB has handed over. I need to make arrangements for payment. Can some one please look into thid mess and resolve it. The lady that called me to resolve the initial complaint, never even confirmed everything via email. Now I am balack to the original problem...
