SICK AND TIRED OF THIS BANK!!!

SICK AND TIRED OF THE BAD SERVICE OR NO SERVICE FROM ABSA, I OPENED MY ABSA ACCOUNT FEW YEARS AGO BROUGHT IN ALL MY DOCUMENTS PROOF OF RESIDENCE AND I.D AS NORMAL RUNNING UP AND DOWN WITH ALL THE STUFF THE BANK NEEDS TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT JUST TO BE UPDATED THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER GIVEN IN MY PROOF OF RESIDENCE. HOW THE DID THEY OPEN TE ACCOUNT THEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. THIS WEEKEND I WENT ALL THE WAY TO JHB FROM MPUMALANGA TO PAY ALL MY BILLS AND SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY, JUST TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN SWIPING MY CARD THAT I SHOULD CONTACT MY ABSA BRANCH AND ALL MY TRANSACTIONS WAS DECLINED, THE BRANCHES WAS ALL CLOSED AND THAT STUPID CUSTOMER CARE THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO NOTHING FOR YOU BUT JUST CONFIRM THE PROBLEM THAT YOU ALREADY KNOW, WHAT A WASTE OF A CALL/AIRTIME!!! WHERE IS ABSA CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T YOU NOTIFY OR EVEN CALL THE CUSTOMER TO TELL THEM THAT HOLD WAS PLACED ON ACCOUNT SO THAT PLAN CAN BE MADE DURING THE WEEK TO BRING IN ALL THE NEEDED DOCS, I COULD NOT WITHDRAW ANY CASH AND HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO MPUMALANGA WITH MONEY THAT I HAD TO BORROW TO PUT PETROL IN MY CAR!!! I AM SOOOOOO DISGUSTED THIS IS REALLY SERVICE
