Pathetic Service!!!

I submitted my claim on the 31/12/2012. From then up until the 22nd of January, I have received no feedback on the goings on of my insurance claim. Ivan Fourie contacted me on tuesday 22/01/2013 and asked me to email him a copy of the natis and settlement quote from my finance house which is absa. I used my time and expense to get him this information which was promptly emailed to him the following day 23/01/2013. He sends me a mail stating that he needs authorisation from his team leader. The settlement is only valid for 5 days and today is the 5th day 26/01/2013. I have sent Ivan an email yesterday stating this and he has still not contacted me nor has anyone from iwyze. 1st it was elias then neo and pretty who all promised delivery but never have. I am not willing to use my time and cellular expense contacting absa for another settlement quote. I need this resolved immediately! It seems like iwyze does not care for their clients.
