Really guys this is becoming irritating now, a few months back I call in to your idiotic collections dept and ask what is going on why is my one account in arrears as you people debit me monthly, and worse some irratic amounts and every other month double debits, i get told oh sorry all the money is being allocated to one account, i will have it fixed, now today i get a call to tell me my account is in arrears, blah blah blah stories and when i ask for the persons name she transfers me without giving me her details, so i ask this person i was transferred to, to give me the persons name and they instead give me long stories, i called back for a statement and lo and behold, sorry we offline, so how do i even begin to understand what is going on when i cant get a statement...

I guess i can reverse the last 3 months debit orders then at least you rocket scientist will have reason to call me for arrears...
