Very upset client

First my account details for a debit order was never updated. Then i get a call from collections for amount in arrears. Then i opted to pay back the arrears over a few months... when they should have written it off in my opinion. Then after the account was up to date - i told then to deduct my normal premium, then for the next 3 months they deducted more than the arrangement. i was upset and had to get this fixed every month until it was fixed. So my debit order was much more this month than my original installment - i queried this the consultant told me it would Be more because I have to pay interest on the amounts in arrears... when this was not even my fault in the first place!! further they did not even inform me in writing that they will be deducting more and the reason for this... after all these months they decided to deduct interest now!!! i am upset that this has happened and the time I had to take to fix their stuff up! Further I have to follow up all the time... the turnaround is ridiculous! This mess has affected my credit rating, it has cost me time and money to do all these follow ups... FNB: customer service my!!
