I went to update my employment details so that my debit order can go off on the correct day of the month. She told me i need 2 salary drops blah blah blah in a nut shell, she did not do anything instead said that a debit order will attempt to run in my account on the incorrect date and that i will have to pay for the penalty or i can pay the instalment upfront. She does not know what she is doing frankly all the staff at Capitec Bay side don't know their story..I have been there 4 times with the same issue and they tell me different stories and requirements all the time..They must just close the branch or employ people that are willing to help.
