Premium is 40% higher than quoted??

Dear Admin Agent,

Regarding Policy nr. HWML043746, would you kindly get back to regarding the increase in premium charged (R93.4 to R136.04) since I requested the policy to be incepted on 24-04-2013 (ref nr: 89673)??
Due to a bundle up on your side this policy was not incepted on 24-04-2013 and now you are charging 40% more every month, I find this highly irregular and kindly request an explanation on this matter?
