On 13 August 2013, I requested Miway to contact me, and a consultant returned my request, but the conversation was cut due poor line or network, as I want to make an alter on my policy.
Thereafter I requested an alteration on my policy via email, sent on 13 August 2013, to [Email Removed] But I haven't received any acknowledgment of receipt nor did I receive an updated policy schedule. Would you kindly attend to my amendment urgent, as it will be affecting my premium and debit order for this month. If so kindly contact me after 15:30min, as I will be in training during the cause of the day.
