Awaiting feedback since 24/06/2013

I made an enquiry from the insurance company on the 24 June 2013 which was 3 days before my debit order was due. However got debited the wrong amount on the 26 June 2013 after requesting a policy schedule through the call centre.

Below is the email sent as well as the response received STILL NO FEEDBACK.

Dear King Price Customer Care

Please could you kindly assist in advising me on the two different premium amounts reflecting as the attached Schedule requested today 24 June 2013 @ 11:20am from Tsotsetso (Agent) which reflects the amount of R625.45 however according to my statement the amount which I'm being deducted for my insurance every month is R526.06 which also depreciates with a R3 - R6 every month.

Please could you kindly confirm the correct amount payable as the one provided on the schedule today is incorrect.
