I have been with this bunch of clowns for the past 5 to 6 years now and really have had enough
You get promised that they will phone you and then yet again you need to phone them all the time to follow up
Quick to take your money but never Pay there is alwys a story on why they will not pay
I have had 3 claims in the past 4 years is this not why we have insurance i pay my premiums every month???
After the last water damage claim i spoke to Taslima, That will sort out the claim as quick and possible a week later i have to phone the direct number does not even work..
I phone this morning and had the phone slammed down in my ear
I am really not interested in hearing any excuses any more please stop phoning me i am not interested in your company anymore...
