3 Oct, 18:39, FNB Loan div. debited my SAVINGS a/c with an amount of R2867.47 which I did not authorise. After staying on the line for about 35 mins with their legal department I eventually spoke to a consultant Hlophe who was rude & telling me, how they will never refund me nor consider my plea as they tried to call me earlier Thurs 18:34 and I didn't answer & then debited @18:39 how professional is that. They never left a message & I call that number I had a missed call on, there was no answer not even voicemail, which told me the a/c had been handed over to attorneys which I already knew about as I was the one who went to reopen my a/c & request them to call, so I can have an arrangement in place with them. My a/c is for SAVINGS & I left money in that a/c to pay for me & my daughter's transport to school & work. This month I will be unable to do so thanks to FNB .Surely if they were ready to call me, FNB should have contacted me and asked if the debit could be placed on my saving a/c and how much was I willing to pay as I have been the one who inform them about my job reinstatement If this is how FNB conduct their business I will be closing this a/c as I thought they have best options
