ABSA needs to pay me money owed to me

I used the Cash Accepting ATM @ Trade Route Mall on 28 sept 2013 to make a payment to Multichoice. The aTm took my money (R800-00) and never completed the transaction. I called 3 different ABSA call centres on that day to report it and I eventually got a hold of the ATM disputes centre where I was told to go to FNB to report the problem (isn't this dumb considering it ABSA's problem). I then waited till Monday and I called Trade route branch, where I spoke to Welhemina Montle (branch manager) regarding this. She assured me she will sort it out but I had to keep wasting my airtime to call her and find out what was resolved. She then passed my query to Melanie Benades. After numerous calls once again to them where they failed to deliver on their promises that I will get feedback, Melanie called me to say that it was sorted out and they did a "journal" to credit Multichoice with the money since I was not a ABSA client. When asked for proof, I Was told she can't give me any but the payment will be done but no surprise up till today there is NO payment from ABSA of R800-00. I have called Melanie today but have not been contacted yet, So I would like my money that is owed refunded ASAP.
