My wife has to wait forever for a cheque to be cleared... 14 days??? Person at enquiries has the cheek to tell her a special clearance cannot be done as it will take twice as long, next comment was really incredible... if you had given us the cheque, we could go across the road and cash it, laughing with her colleagues, as this is EXTREMELY AMUSING!!! After all these years at Capitec??? Whats going on??? Never experienced this type of attitude in any Capitec Branch... Very dissapointed...
