Capitec - Low fees Yes. Ridiculous Procedures YES!

I am a capitec Account holder that moved my wife and I over from FNB, I have over 30 000 Rand going through my account monthly and despite Capitec Banks assertion that fees are Low they still MILK YOU LIKE OTHER BANKS!!!
my wife and I sell online Goods and we sold a high value item for 12000 on Gumtree and despite the buyers insistance that he will transfer the money to her account- he Paid in a Cheque... much to my anxiety..my wife called Capitec Bank immeditaely and explained that the cheque could be and that she wants it stopped... fast forward a week later, the cheque has been apparently "stopped" ( I did not receive 1 call from the buyer in the week ahead!!!)
Capitec then helps themselves to 90 RAND because of this!!! We called the Bank with our concerns almost a week ago!! now you have a cheek to help yourselves to our own hard earned money... what BS... we called Lerato the call agent at 0860 10 20 43 then was put through to Tsepo the Supervisor who explained that he would need to go back and listen to that phone conversation between the bank and my wife a week ago... what systems do you have in place??? Capitec you seriously
