New ticket system is not effective

Service at that branch is bad
To deposit cash you are given a ticket which has a number and it takes forever to be attended to.
Where else if you go to other branches where they are still using your traditional banking you get assisted promptly.
I wonder if research was done before this time wasting system was implemented and I hope it will never be rolled out to other branches as I intend not to use Fox street branch anymore.
I had to leave the branch without even making my deposit.
