Internet banking eWallet

Hey... After FNB changed their internet banking web site. This new site is very confusing
and difficult to use. Also the eWallet feature doesnt work properly.
I can send a max of R3000 which I have sent before. Now it gives me
an error code of 5079... That says deposit greater than max allowed.
When I phoned they said they can only help me with the error code and message.
None of the consultants can help. As they know nothing. Also when you call eWallet they
can't help you as cellphone banking and internet banking are separate but you are
dealing with eWallet. Thanks
