I have on several occasions tried to send money conveniently with the FNB eWallet Send Money to Zimbabwe but always get the "service not available message". The service creates an unrealistic expectation, if FNB is unable to provide the service reliably they should not advertise it all, or remove it from their website. I expect to send money from cellphone banking as FNB has promised, if the service is not available for longer periods, of which it has done, they should have a status page or some form of announcement on their website of its availability.
I am very disappointed with the eWallet service from FNB and they should do something about it or else stop selling us false products.
