Nobody can help - ewallet

I recently drew money at an atm, I am told the atm does not support chip & pin, now used it before so I tested it again to be sure, this time I got the money.

Not trusting the situation I have the card blocked and re-issued, rather safe than sorry and I can always use the ewallet, or so I thought

Monday night is says disabled for now, I call get the q from the new banking site, after eventually speaking to someone the call cuts, so I have to borrow money as I have believed fnb the best I only use them

Now today I try again via online cellphone banking, still diasabled, online says ewallet dept, ewallet says online dept, the lady atleast logged a fault to see if hey can see something she can't, only 3-4 working days

Now I cannot go see my ent today because I need to draw money for him, I have bad ear infection and still need to be on the phone, I need to pay the money back I borrowed monday so I can't borrow more now for this, while I am somewhat calm please sort this out, I need the ewallet now more than ever.
